Setting the conditions for a strong operational safety culture

For standard operations, the right mindset is to always be prepared to invite inspection, not fear it, said David Burnham, President and CEO of CAVU International, at the 2019 IADC Drilling Onshore Conference & Exhibition in Houston on 16 May. He spoke about the tools he and other former military leaders use in coaching best practices to team leaders.
