Danish regulator points to correlation between incidents, cost reductions

The Danish Working Environment Authority (DWEA) has noticed a link between serious incidents and short-term cost reductions, said Torben Krarup, Head of Offshore Oil and Gas for the DWEA, in a regulators panel session at the 2019 IADC Drilling HSET Europe Conference in Amsterdam.
