Diversity in thought, experience strengthens teams, improves problem solving
In a survey conducted by EY in 2016, a whopping 94% of respondents said they believe that diversity of thought and experience are key to navigating disruptions in the oil and gas sector. Diversity can also create more effective teams that are better equipped to find solutions to problems they’re tasked with solving, Dr Vera Verdree, Senior Global Competence Manager at BHGE, said in a presentation at the 2018 IADC HSE&T Conference in Houston.
