Chevron DSM Foundations program streamlines training process

Companies across the industry are challenged to meet requirements for qualified personnel. To address this issue, Chevron implemented the Drill Site Manager (DSM) Foundations program approximately two years ago and has since produced more than 100 employees in this discipline. Jim Barron, Manager of the Clear Leader Center for Chevron, presented an overview of the program at IADC World Drilling 2014 on 18 June in Vienna.
