Add Energy to provide BP with well control services

Add Energy has been appointed to a long-term master services agreement for provision of well services and emergency well control services for BP. The agreement is valid for a period of 10 years. Under the agreement, Add Energy will provide well control engineering modeling services.

“We are well aware of BP’s stringent well control standards and the expertise the company’s in-house team possesses. Our organizations have a long-term business relationship, and we look forward to collaborating again over the next decade to constantly enhance preventive well control measures,” said Morten Haug Emilsen, Manager for Well Control at Add Energy.

Work under the agreement will be delivered out of Add Energy’s offices in Norway and the US.
