IOG Resources III backs 18-well Niobrara drilling program in Powder River basin

IOG Resources III agreed to a joint development partnership to fund an 18-well horizontal drilling program targeting the Niobrara formation in the Powder River basin. The program is located in Converse County, Wyoming, and represents approximately $125 million of net capital.

The drilling campaign will be executed with an undisclosed operator and marks the first investment by the IOG Resources III platform.
