The United States-Canada-Mexico Agreement, coming before Congress this summer, will retain key provisions from NAFTA to protect the energy industry, said Liz Craddock, IADC Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs, at the 2019 IADC Drilling Onshore Conference & Exhibition in Houston on 16 May.
