Joseph “Joe” Rouseau

Director – Global Offshore, ABS

Joseph “Joe” Rousseau is Director – Global Offshore for ABS. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating worldwide business development activities for mobile offshore units.

Prior to his current role, Mr Rousseau was Regional Vice President for Canada in the ABS Americas Division. Previous assignments in London and Singapore include Vice President of Offshore for ABS Europe Division, Corporate Chief Engineer for Offshore, and Director of Offshore Technology and Business Development for the ABS Pacific Division. Mr Rousseau started his ABS career in the Houston office, working in the Offshore Engineering department after joining the organization in 1998. Prior to joining ABS, he was a Naval Architect at several ship design companies in Canada.

Mr Rousseau holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Naval Architecture from Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John’s, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME).
