Brooke Polk

Director – Program Development and Technology, IADC

Brooke Polk serves as the Director of Program Development and Technology at the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). She directs the development of new accreditation and certification programs, technology systems, and revision of existing programs, products, and systems. In addition, she manages IADC special projects and industry initiatives as well as participates as an IADC representative on multiple industry committees. She earned a Master of Education degree in Educational Technology Leadership from McNeese State and a Master of Education degree in Education Administration and Supervision from Stephen F. Austin University. She has a BS degree in Education. She formerly served as an education administrator, education curriculum director, curriculum designer, trainer, and program developer.
