Velesto puts jackup NAGA 3 to work for PETRONAS Carigali

Velesto secured a contract from PETRONAS Carigali to deploy the jackup NAGA 3 for one firm well and one optional well. Operations began in November. The award went to Velesto Drilling, a wholly owned subsidiary of Velesto Energy.

NAGA 3 is an independent-leg cantilever jackup rated to drill to 30,000 ft in water depths of up to 350 ft.
