TotalEnergies moves well planning to SLB’s DrillPlan platform worldwide

TotalEnergies awarded SLB a 15-year contract to deploy DrillPlan well planning and engineering solutions across its global upstream portfolio. The deployment moves the operator to a digital well planning environment.

The solutions link subsurface data with well planning and engineering, bringing together offset well data, trajectory designs, casing and completion inputs, and planning assumptions so cross-functional teams can work from shared data.
