Bapetco builds safety-first culture on care, respect for employees

In 2015, Gordon Graham arrived in Egypt as Deputy Drilling Manager of Bapetco, a joint venture between Shell and Egyptian General Petroleum Corp. He quickly identified several areas within HSE that required improvement and launched the Risk Champions Program. In this video from the 2017 IADC Drilling HSE&T Europe Conference on 27 September in Amsterdam, Mr Graham tells DC about the various focus areas for this program, as well as how HSE improvements can be achieved by demonstrating care and respect for employees.
