SLB takes on 450+ well program for Aramco in Saudi Arabia

Aramco selected SLB to deliver more than 450 wells across Saudi Arabia under four integrated well construction contracts supporting oil and gas development in the kingdom. Each contract has a three-year term with an option to extend by up to two years.

SLB will manage end-to-end well construction services under the awards. Its integrated model connects well planning, drilling and delivery, combining digital drilling workflows and automated drilling with evaluation, fluids, cementing and completions products and services.

The model is intended to improve efficiency and consistency across large-scale drilling programs in multiple operating environments.
