IADC developing KSAs for oil/gas positions

IADC has initiated the development of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) for all oil and gas positions, with assistance from Petrofac in the implementation of the current KSA review and development of new positional KSAs for rig personnel in safety-critical positions with well control responsibilities. A workshop to seek operator and contractor inputs to the KSA project was held at the Hi Con Training Center at NASA on 21 February.
